I went to the local farmers market and impulse bought a pack of goat.

Dazzle me with your ideas for a Goat dish, at the moment im thinking a curry of some sort.

TBH not much different from lamb, (maybe slightly "gamier") and I treat it as such.
I'm sorry, but I'm not good enough a cook to give you a specific recipe.

What cut of meat is it! if it is stewing type meat go for a greek style recipe with tomatoes, onions and olives!

Yes its diced not much fat on it looks like stewing steak.

my favourite dish is stir fried goat with onions, lemongrass and a chilli sauce. delicious with some rice. I cant give you a recipe but its what I always have in the vietnamese - so maybe google it...

I like Peruvian goat stew served with beans. Try to cook for a long as possible.

Had my first Trinidadian Curry Goat (and Rice and Peas and Roti) a few years ago (in Croydon !!)...totally hooked !
