Team Carbon slight frame issue (hopefully)

Hi, was removing the back wheel the other day and noticed when removing the rear wheel the metal lug type thing (fits on the inside of the frame - that the wheel grips onto - sproket side) had come loose and actually fell off. Does anyone know what these are bonded or fixed to the frame with? Dont want to damage the frame using the wrong type of adhesive!

and structural epoxy should do the job, I'd entrust the work to a professional, however.
