went to see Emeli Sande on Saturday at The Fleece in Bristol - wow!

After seeing her on "Later with Jools Holland" a few weeks ago - I am hooked on her voice - in concert she didnt disappoint - what a voice, what a band, what a talent - cant wait for her debut album in Feb!

She's quite good. I like it.

I may have been heavily-swayed by the sample of the drum loop from 'The Funky Drummer' by James Brown though..

Bizarre as it may seem, I have just got into her tonight (no sniggering at the back, please!).

Listened to Abide With Me at the Olympics opening ceremony and loved it; have been going through YouTube tonight and haven't found a dud song yet. Favourite is the "Read All About It" with Professor Green.

Given that the Fleece is a 20 minute drive from my house, a bit gutted I didn't go last year.
