I have a week off work and I want to do all I can to de stress and improve my overall health.
I thought I detox might be a good way to kick this all off? I plan to cut out all coffee/tea/fizzy juice for the week, drinking lots of water and eating plenty fruit.
Can anyone recommend anything else that would be good to incorporate? I see you can get various detox mixtures, are they worth it?

Maybe it's because I'm an old git (39), but I look at the long term when considering any changes. With that in mind, I'd be changing my dietary habits so cutting out most tea/coffee/fizzy drinks/alcoholic drinks (once a day isn't bad) and drinking more water/alternative teas/fresh juices for then next 50 years.
Otherwise, I think a detox is about dropping everything and taking some nutritional supplements for a week, then you go back to your old s
t diet; rinse and repeat until your money has gone from your bank account to detox company's bank account.

I fully agree, my plan is to have a cleanout and then try and keep to a sensible routine. Just need to find the best way to do the cleanout.
As I suggest, just cut down gradually. It's easier. Going full detox is one step short from shoving a hosepipe up your arse while complaining about capitalism and licking a tree.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
