HI, just been given a little ingot of Wille's 100% cacao as a pressy and I would like to make a proper hot chocolate using it. I thought I could just grate it into some warm milk with a couple of teaspoons of sugar?

Any recipes or advice?

You've got it pretty much spot on.

Easy on the sugar, maybe add a slug of brandy and cream as well.

Plus grate some over the top.
