Hi Everyone.

IMO modern Ferraris are simply not delivering the aural goods. When I bought my 550, although I loved the car but I was disappointed with the sound it made. I immediately started searching for ways of making it sound the way a Ferrari ought to - namely spine tingling - so I started researching sports exhausts.

It was such a huge 9-month long hassle to find out which options were viable and which weren't and who to speak to, I became so exasperated, I decided I would set a place up in the UK myself. I had wanted a place where I could hear a sports-exhaust equipped Ferrari in the metal, (or just try one) without having to speak to someone in Germany, or committing money on something I couldn't even look at. So I decided I would do it myself and get rid of these problems.

To me the sound of a Ferrari is one of the major reasons to buy one (think of a F355 minus the sound - see what I mean). If you look at America, you'll find that it is almost a matter of course to specify a Tubi for your Ferrari when you buy it.

Well we're still in the process of setting up and to spread the word about us and get us off the ground we're looking to 'lend' TubiStyle/Hamann Motorsport exhausts and other parts to enthusiast owners. We'll be up and running come mid-July (I hope) and I was wandering whether any of you Ferrari owners (perhaps going to FOC meetings and the like) would like to volunteer for a trial.

I've heard some of you may be doing a rally to Hatfield - depending on when this happens, it would sound magnificent if your Ferraris were all wearing race exhausts!!!

We've already got people from other Ferrari forums websites on board with us - if any of you are interested in volunteering or trying/buying an exhaust or just want to know what's going on then send me an email:

manu_sachedva@yahoo.com

I apologise for the shameless plug nature of this post but I couldn't resist not telling a bunch of Ferrari mad enthusiasts about it.

Best Wishes

Manu

Hi Benno - sensible money..... no problem.

Just let me know - we are ordering Hamann AND TubiStyle systems for the 456GT and should
you want to, you can run around on both to see which sound you like better and which one delivers, what you feel, is the more discernible power increase. If you turn around and say you want neither, then thats no problem either.

As one of our first customers (along with fellow PistonHead and complete Ferrari nutter Kevin [360M]), I personally PROMISE you'll get a great deal.

E-mail me your phone number and I'll give you a call and tell you all you need to know.
