FoE poll on fuel tax

Friends of the Earth are doing a survey!
Their website has a poll where you can choose between lower fuel tax (hurrah) or more public transport (boo).
At present, lower fuel tax is winning with about 69% of the vote - hardly what they wanted or expected!
