Engineers wanted - fleet - energy reduction

My company is recruiting and we have a lot of vacancies. We are an engineering consultancy and we specialise in energy reduction projects for pharmaceutical, beverage, general manufacturing and the water industry. We're based in Fleet Hampshire but our clients are UK and worldwide.
We are particularly after people that know something about cooling (chillers, cooling towers, distribution systems, control etc.) but are also after engineers that know about boilers, steam, CHP and pumps.
We survey sites and then come up with ways to save energy, which can range from simple operational changes to £million projects. PM me for more details. You will have the option to travel the globe if you want. Or to be office based with the occasional travel to a UK site.
We are a small company but to me that's been a huge bonus.
Recruiting the right people has been a huge issue and I get a bonus if I put someone forward for an interview who is then hired.
