Despite vowing never to use them again on more than one occasion, I'm looking at flights to Croatia for July next year which are currently sitting at about £130 all in with Jet.

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether these prices are likely to remain steady for the foreseeable future, rise or fall.

In my experience flights tend to only ever go up in price. My dad lives over in Spain and I've sat on my hands and waited for a last minute deal that nover came.

The algorithm adjust the fare every time someone buys a ticket or searches a fare. Remove cookies otherwise next time you search the fare will be higher.

You can see price drops if they have a sale, or if the volume of ticket sales dips below their predicted level, but it is more likely to rise as the date approaches. I only tend to wait if there is more than one airline I could use.

I have occasionally noticed that with Ryanair on the third search, but not on Easyjet so far.

Not always true, i don't know if you can use Kayak for budget prices but when i went to the US 3 years ago i watched the prices for Virgin fluctuate daily and eventually booked when they dropped £110 before going back up again a few days later
