I might have to dust off GTA4 and put down forza for a little while to get back in the swing of it again.

I could be wrong but I think the site actually means 2nd Nov 2011... meaning next Wednesday for the trailer. Those silly american's swapping their months and days around again methinks?
ETA: Damnit lol - beaten to it :P
I've never played a bad GTA game, some are better than some though.
I would say San Andreas is probably the best, pound-for-pound considering it's a PS2 game.
Geek forums are ablase with rumors of course, lots of people saying it's going to be based in LA, or whatever it's called in GTA terms and around the Show Biz industry, maybe with a hint of Entourage about it?? (only with more guns and driving I would assume ha ha).

I thought 4 was a bit of a let down, Still a good game but not what I expected. Big hopes for this one!
I thought they were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the vanilla GTA
You still don't end up as king and that is the problem with IV, hopefully this one will see you destroy all enemies and finish the game as ruler of the city
Yeah 4 was a bit dark and serious for it's own good.
I think the thing that bothered me was it seemed like a backwards step, we went from a huge (admittedly a little bare in parts) map, huge amounts of vehicles and endless things to discover on San Adreas, to a little more than 'next gen'd' version of GTA3. Played well, but was little to keep to playing it after all the missions were complete.
