S3 nearside exhaust manifold wanted....

.... is it worth getting repaired? It's not holed or cracked but slightly distorted. Enough to make it blow a little.
Initial thought was to double gasket the thing and use gasket sealant but I'd be happier with a new one.

Any thoughts?
