Shame - in the new series i've seen him tooling around in a Mondeo & as they are close to his home its unlikley to be rental job. Shame i know he's getting older but .......

It might depend on the site. If it's one of the ones that's a mile up a rickety farm track the Cerb might not be the best car to use. Last night he parked out on the road and avoided the very muddy looking track to the building.

He doesn't own the Cerb anymore does he ? I seem to remember an interview where he stated it was the worst car he ever owned frown obviously couldn't handle it wink

Forget his choice of car. You are doing a project that is skinting you financially and causing general grief. He is a bit too smug and sarcastic with his comments for my taste.

TVR is the opposite of a kit car, you buy it complete and over time it falls apart. Good job we never listen to what's said on Top Gear eh!

For somebody who's career/profession is all about style and design, it says something about the Cerbera does it not?

Everything he said was for 'the Top Gear effect'. None of it was true smile

I always take everything with a pinch of salt (or is that just Tequilla) My cars back so if you fancy a run out at some stage then I'm up for it.

Did not like the bill but with a 12k service, new clutch and various bits and pieces I could not expect it to be a small one. Following weekend should be fine for me smile

To be fair it is true. biggrin

But then the same could be said about any car.
