Motorist beats the system

Nice article in yesterday's Mail about a guy in Suffolk who was done for speeding. He challenged the magistrate's decision on the basis that the 30 sign was obscured by bushes. Plod reckoned that it wasn't and in any case there was a repeater sign c couple of 100 yaerds down the road. fact was that they rushed out and cut the bushes after he was done, and stuck up a new sign down the road. High court found in favour of the motorist and severely reprimanded the plod for cheating in order to nick the guy! Hurray !!!
