Turns out I'm anaemic. Just what I needed on top of the rest of my ridiculous life. grumpy

I'm vegetarian so the usual 'eat more steaks' approach to getting rid of anaemia isn't such a great bet. But... I've just read that blackstrap molasses is a fantastic source of iron, one of the best non-meat sources, so I fancy getting some and experimenting with cooking with it.

So: can anybody a) tell me where to buy some and b) suggest what on earth I could do with the stuff, please? If it comes down to it I can probably just dilute it and stick it straight in my feeding tube if it tastes really horrible, but working it into proper food would be a much better option.

yes Thankyou! That's the bunny. Where do I find it - healthfood shops?

Am intrigued by the suggestion on your second link of putting it in coffee...

I would assume so. All the links online seem to be health food shops.
