Depends whether you want it wired or wireless, I use a Hahnel Giga Pro T which is a superb piece of kit can be set to interval, continuous or single shot, it is wireless but can be wired with a supplied cable. The current model is the Giga Pro T II.

IIRC McMacro uses one, so that's a good recommendation ;¬))

I also recommend the Giga T pro II, just bought one and its a great bit of kit.
It was also useful when out at night as its got a back light.
