Thing is, that was private property, so it's up to the owner whether or not to allow photgraphy.

I posted this yesterday in here... on public ground - This Bobby doesn't know the law.

The security guard is wrong it is not illegal. The police also can not enforce anything because it is a civil matter.

The officers are also wrong because they cannot confiscate anything and they have to have a clear reason of why they suspect it to be under 'The prevention of Terrorism Act'

This is simply a clear case of paranoia ....

Well it seems the shopping centre are not handling this very well, companies that dive into social media head first need to check how deep the pool is first....
