Illegal immigrant story number 596

In the sauna at the gym yesterday I overheard a story about an Iraqi man who was a convicted burglar / criminal in Iraq who had come to the uk. so thereofre already an illegal immigrant.

He then drives with no licence, insurance, test etc and knocks over and kills a young girl.

"it gets worse". the judge then says he cannot be deported because he has children in the UK to an english woman.

The last thing I want to do is come over all Daily Mail but this is getting ridiculous...Have I misheard or is this something I should raise peoples' awareness of?

I'm appalled if its true. really appalled at this.

yeah it this was in blackburn

the uk govt wanted to deport him but the EU courts said it would harm his right to a family life or something

the EDL then tried to use the daughters image during their protest of blackburn but the father said no....

the bloke was talkign as though it was more recent, we were discussing teh "cat" story recently at the same time...

that makes my PiSS boil...
