Hi all,

I would like your opinion on a small problem I have.

I had a recon gearbox put in my car 1 month ago, however it is leaking oil out of the rear from the gear selector thingy.

No now my question is this:
I had the car repaired by a specialist in Wiltshire, and I live in Newmarket, a distance of at least 320 miles round trip.
The garage said they will make the repairs and I was wondering are they legally obliged to pay for my travelling cost to get the car to them and for me to pick the car up once done?

This will cost over £100 and is slightly worrying.
