Are any of the PH cycling fraternity taking part in this on Sunday? When I booked it months ago I thought wind and cold may be an issue, looks like the opposite will be the case.

Any tips for 77m in blazing sunshine, other than keep taking on fluids?

Not me, I'm doing the Brian Rourke Cat & Fiddle again.

Last year there was horizontal hail at the top and several people were blown off their bikes. This year I'm taking sunscreen. rotate

I'm 571 from memory, but will check and confirm. There are five us doing the ride, and will be looking for an early start at 7.30 ish to try and beat the sun. If I don't see you on the day, have a good one.
