windows/doors not working!

Hi guys.
I have a big problem with my windows/doors. My passenger window is half open but not going up or down now! And the passenger door opens but with a good few seconds delay.
My drivers door is currently open but the window has gone all the way up so I can't shut the door! Ha complete nightmare.
I have tried changing the encoders on both doors, checked the fuses, reset the alarm, but still no luck.
Any other advice or tips would be much appreciated.
