Any suggestions for websites/places where I could get some custom jerseys made?

I've tried google but have only turned up places that have minimum order quantities. I'm only after a couple and most places do min. 10. I realise the costs are higher than custom t-shirts or sweaters but the one off costs for doing less than the minimum order is making it quite prohibitive.

Any ideas anyone?

I looked a few months ago and struggled. Ended up buying blank tops in the colour we wanted and having badges sewn on. Hope you have better sucsess than I did!

have a look at http://www.foska.com you might even see a picture of me on their website. They are a father and son team, and couldn't do enough to help. they both joined us on the Great British Bike Ride.

Can vouch for these. We got a set of 20 jerseys made for a Raid Pyrenees ride in 2006. The material used by Confides (their Portugeuse manufacturer) for the jersey is the most comfy I've ever used. If only the zip went a bit lower they would be perfect!
