Toll Roads in Britain!

Just seen on the news that the government are doing something at last to sort out the congestion on our roads! But it's gonna cost us! (as if it hasn't cost us enough already!)
I'm in two minds about this idea and until I know alot more about it, I won't be able to make up my mind!
But..
On the one hand, we have roads which are brand new, get maintained by the money which is paid to use them and so theoretically should have higher speed limits and limits to which vehicles can use them, ie, no Lorry's, no numpties and no diesels or vehicles under 1.0litre! IMO on roads like this the speed limit should be set nice a high, say 120mph!
On the other hand however, it's a government run scheme (or at least at the moment it is) and so the toll money will fill the coffers and end up in some mp's holiday fund!!! This will amount to crumbling roads, grumbling drivers and expanses of tarmac that are no use to any bugger!
If however it was run by a private firm, say, Amey (the people that like digging roads up) it might work. But look at Railtrack....

Talking of ATC, This new computer system is bolloks! They haven't had any problems at Atlantic house (prestwick) which I believe is running the old system (it's also run by the RAF which says it all really!) so why bother with all this new computer crap! If it ain't broke don't ****in fix it!
My girlfriend came up from MK on Wednesday, and went back on Friday! She doesn't like flying as it is, and easyjet wouldn't let her change her flight, so I spent 4 hours on Friday shitting myself waiting for the news flash telling the country that the computers ballsed up again and 5 planes have crashed! It ain't a nice feeling let me tell you!!!!!

Toll roads are theft. Bring back the birch for councillors who don't perform. The civil service are a drain on public funds. The Royal family are thieves cos they don't pay their inheritance tax. (f in cheek reason giving they dont want to erode their wealth ipso facto they do want to erode ours). Most public money is being squandered on checking where public money has been spent. Most traffic jams are caused deliberately by local councils. I hate these bastards soooo much I think I have a plan. What we need to do is form an association called cars are bad and drugs are good, wait a couple of years till all the numpties have joined it then organise a really big conference, say "cars are bad 2004" then pay the IRA or the Mafia to blow the whole thing to shit, and film it and show it in schools, cos we would have got rid of an entirely useless group of our society. We could call the video "WATCH WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU TALK CRAP LONG ENOUGH"
