I put a few things in the basket total = £54.86 applied the code and it came out at £51.26, not quite sure how that equates to 20%. Anyway they say "list price" and it still doesn't work out, bit misleading if you ask me.

1x Pair gloves list price @ 19.99 (Your price £17.99)
2x black cinelli gel cork bar tape @ 14.99 = 29.98 (Your price £11.24 x 2 = £22.48)
1x Red Look Delta Cleats @ 15.99 (Your price £14.39)

Total List Price = £65.96
Total Your Price = £54.86

-20% on list = £52.77
-20% on Your Price = £43.89

Actual price shown including discount = £51.26 so that's 6.5% of advertised prices.

It is only 20% off full list price, which if they already have 10-15% off, isn't that great, better than a poke in the eye though!

You say that, but I just looked on Merlin where it is generally cheaper than Wiggle and whilst I can't get the exact same gloves, I can get similar (based on list price) for £49.63 inclusive of VIP discount.

On Ribble the exact same products come out at £44.19 with the online 20% discount over £35.

So unless it's something specific you can't get cheaper elsewhere it's a pretty poor attempt at an offer by Wiggle to piggyback on Cav's & GB's success.

Luckily so far I have never been let down (cursed myself now) by Wiggle, CRC, Merlin or Ribble tbh and if some jelly's means that much to you, I understand.

I just don't like the way they've jumped on the bandwagon and claim it's a 20% discount when we all know it isn't really. So effectively there is no discount at all on anything that's already been discounted by more than 20%?

Just had a mail from Wiggle to say that the discount 'is now working'. Obviously had a problem earlier.

Placed my order 28th Sept with Wiggle - still waiting for delivery. frown

Anybody else experiencing delays?

Have emailed them yesterday but not had a response, including their automated response, so perhaps my mail didn't get through. My order status is "not yet processed" and all the items I ordered were in stock.

I also ordered a part from CRC the same day, that arrived the next day...as per usual.
