2012 PH Ecosse Track Day
Discussion
We talked about this before, think it was Flip was looking at setting up a track day for those of us who haven't really been on track before.
I was up at AMP3 with the SE boys on Friday, a fantastic day out, props to all involved and it got me to thinking we should get something organised.
Plenty of notice is the order of the day and it's only going to get colder so i'm thinking spring next year?
It will be aimed at us beginners but not exclusive. Would be good if we have a few experienced folks to take people out etc.
Will be Knockhill circuit and will be either 2 or 4 hours. Weekends will be fully booked with existing TD's so may require a day/afternoon holiday.
Stick your name down if you would like to come and have a go (if you fink ur 'ard enuff).

Count me in for this. Actually spoke to you on Friday Olberj, but didnt realise it was you until I saw you leave in front of me in the MR2. I was behind you in the Orange Lotus. Sure the SE guys would be up for it if your after help for new drivers. They have helped me a lot.
A 2 hour session is plenty for me. 4 hours starts to get expensive and a lot tougher on the car and me

You spoke to me Mikey? When was that? I think i had a 340R behind me when i left. Although there was only 1 Mr2 there!
Aye would be great to have some of the SE boys along, you all seemed to look after the newbies on Friday well.
What about hyper powered evos are we allowed Aye would be great to have some of the SE boys along, you all seemed to look after the newbies on Friday well.

I'd be up for this if I have a trackable car by then.
It was me and flip who were looking into a newbie session.
I'd say a few track veterans for people to go out with and see how they drive,
Means it won't be blind leading the blind but I would also avoid having to many non newbies there as it could put some folk off (i got this impression when looking at doing it.
Posting from my phone so can't copy list easily but put me down for it.

What is it with the "my d*ck is bigger than yours" attitude of Noble owners?
It is though...
Or maybe not as big as a hyper evo driver?? But it's only the noble drivers who get singled out following a particular persons comments.
However, I was just curious about the car as I've seen it a few times and just poking some fun. I'm sorry and won't do it again...
dry your eyesAndrew, must have been the other one, they look the same all stickered up.
