Any good supermarket pizza?
Discussion
Been a while since i bought some, remember Tesco's finest margerita been tasty. Are the branded ones any cop? Goodfellas, chicago town, pizza express etc etc?
Doesnt seem to be much middle ground, the pizzas either pretty good or rubbish so dont wanna get the wrong ones in! Always stuck with simple margeritas etc in the past to avoid disapointment, any good meaty/spicy/veggy ones about now?

Asda do some nice meaty ones. Not frozen, they will be in the fridges and I think are branded "chosen by you"
The stuffed crust ones are nice too (not that I go to Asda of course I'm a Pher so only shop at waitrose and pay in cash).Asda seem to have this one wrapped up with their made to order service IMO - while I've sampled the delights of Waitrose and other more acceptable offerings the only place that's generous and willing to offer me what I want is Asda. Having said this what I want vs what the majority of people crave may be very different.
I noticed Morrisons are asking £5 for a Pizza Express margarita pizza at the moment, my local takeaway pizza place would cook and deliver two of a higher standard for around that.

Then you are not a PHer. Because one usually sends one's butler to Waitrose or M&S to purchase ingredients, so that one's chef can prepare a pizza using traditional Italian methods...And "cash"? One never carries cash.
