Well if she eats chicken:- curry's, stir fry's, casseroles, baked, roast, boiled, grilled, soups ......etc. etc. etc.
Pasta's? 100's of different ways to cook.
Beef? curry's, stir fry's, casseroles, baked, roast, boiled, grilled, soups ......etc. etc. etc.
Etc ....etc.....etc.. ad infinite item........
Use bought shortcrust / puff pastry and pie is almost impossible to fvck up.
I'd go for chicken and leek filling in a white sauce to bind. A can of condensed mushroom / chicken soup makes a good sauce if you'd rather. Just sweat the veg, add chunks of chicken and stir together until the meat's cooked. Stir in the soup and bung it all in a deep dish. The filling should be nice and thick.
Use a wine bottle to roll out the pastry if you don't have a rolling pin, fashion it into a 'lid', glaze with milk or a beaten egg, and bung it in the oven until the top is nicely brown.
Et voila.

You see, the thing is, she actually does like all the things she thinks she doesn't, only she just doesn't know it yet.
It's your job to educate the silly sod and serve her up some decent nose bag.
Get a good lamb shoulder in the oven all day at 110c with lots or herbs and spices, flat breads, soured cream, coriander, cous cous, roast potatoes. She can't not like that unless her tongue is disconnected from her brain.
What a (food) prejudiced b

Oh, and your best prawn cocktail to begin!
