Mk3 MR2 Clutch?

Had my first drive of an MR2 on the weekend - 2004 car. Looking to buy shortly.

Do the clutches on these feel dirrerent to other cars? Reason I ask was the one I drove had a very high (and indistinct) biting point. I drive three or four different cars a week and never have trouble adapting but this just felt strange.

It didn't slip in gear.

No different to any other car. That doesnt sound good. Budget for a new one.

I changed my Mk2 one for a Helix and can't reccommend it enough. Worth giving them a shout and Luke and Pacific Works did a great job in fitting
