Chassis rebuild

Hi If you look closely at the stripped chassis prior to painting, I think you can just make out the new metal in front O/S corner it was the same both sides. You couldnt see it from underneath at all and it sounded solid too. The only other places it had gone were the seatbelt/rear body mounting plates, both sides. Other than that I was lucky. One swing arm had perforated though.
I do some occasional odd jobs with a friend of mine and sometimes go to a coating company who do things like architectural steel, lamposts, coat components for marine applications etc and they also do chassis's for a company who rebuild Bentleys, so I thought that was good enough for me. They shot blasted it then Zinc Sprayed then painted with 2 coats of a powder based paint.
