Problems with the Radiohead store

I had pre ordered the the latest album back in march I think and still have nothing (apart from teh download) have emailed teh W.A.S.T.E site and just get an automated reply, there is no contact number to call. Iknow its only £33.00 but I hate to be sticked up so anyone know of another avenue of contact
