OK, my fellow Pistonheaders it's frivolous friday question time.

I'm off to Le Mans this year in my TVR 400se and the plan is for roof down all the way there and back.
The thing is, aside from the glorious V8 soundtrack I think I'm gonna need some music for the trip.
I want to burn some compilation TVR driving CDs, so the tracks have got to reflect the car, the occasion and the fact that roof down at 100mph in a 400se is loud enough to wake the dead before the stereo is switched on.
Anybody got any suggestions for appropriate tracks?
Andy 400se
PS, Ted, shouldn't there be a PH compliation CD available?

Andy, just a thought before I start trawling for tunes, what sort of music are you into?

Matt.

Fuel - Metallica
Jesus built my hotrod - Ministry
Put 'em on the glass - Sir Mixalot - very un PC track aimed at fellow female motorists when urban cruising

All joking aside - Terranova and Jazzanova is damn good downbeat stuff, also check Jay Jay Johanson, if you use AG.

If you like the Nujazz/Downbeat genre, look for Kruder & Dorfmeister and Rainer Trüby Trio!

What's the one that starts "Get your motor running, take it on the highway, looking for adventure, in whatever comes your way" ? Great driving tune!
