O/T Trails bike type question

I know its way off topic, and probably not much chance of being answered here, but I can't be bothered to find some bike based BBS somewhere else.

I have just purchased a Kwaka KMX125, its a right laugh but the brakes are shockingly bad, and I have now got them horribly sqealing at any opportunity I guess because I have buggered them.

anyone know if I can upgrade them? or even the pads? its too frightning to carry on like this.

I actually think I've got a workshop manual for one of them at home, I'll check tonight but if it's the right model you'd be welcome to it I've no intention of getting one.

Mags the manual lurking in the depths of the Garage actually covers the older KX range between 82-93 (I had an old 500 crosser then) but the same manual covers 125/250 & 500, I don't know what changed on the KMX's but if it's any good to you your still welcome to it.
