There's the Sportscar show at the NEC in Birmingham on the 25th/26th May (i.e. next weekend). I just wandered if anyone had any views on it as I was thinking of going.
Is it worth the trek from London??

OK, so what time do the doors open? (doesn't say anywhere I can see on their website) I seem to remember from last year that on the Sunday it opened before 10AM? I plan to get in earlyish you see ... avoid the crowds.

BTW, is it me or has the show (at least from the advertising) turned a bit Max Power?

According to my exhibitors' pack, opening hours are 0930-1730 on Saturday and 0900-1730 on Sunday.

The last site plan I received showed that most current production and some kit sports cars will be there either on manufacturer's or dealer's stands.

It also seems that lots of owners' clubs will also be there.
