Versacza Dam, Ticino - Driving
Discussion
Ok so I've got a week off on the first week of September and am planning on going to the Versacza Dam to jump!
Anyone else done it? What's it like!? My girlfriend is freaking out a bit after reading all the horror stories of bungee jumping...
More specifically, has anyone driven all the way down to there? I'm thinking to break up the journey to maybe stop in Paris a couple of days, then possibly somewhere else before reaching Ticino, any suggestions?

The jump is amazing!
It's easier to fly in to Milan and hire a car. Stopping at Como for some lunch on the way there and for dinner on the way back is a nice touch.
Thing is, we've got 6 days so have a bit of time to kill and I thought the journey down might be quite nice, stopping at a few small French towns on the way (plus a big one - Paris!). I'm guessing you've done the jump, is there much to do at the actual site? Its booked for 1pm so I'm thinking of getting there early, possibly the day before, to check out the whole thing and mentally prepare for it!
