Not only has the anniversery of the order of my Noble been and gone (and I have no idea when it's supposed to arrive) but I ordered a Golf at the begining of the year which was meant to arrive mid April whilst I was on holiday, (so therefore I sold my other runabout in the mean time) this has been delayed by a month as well so I have been carless for a long time and it's really getting anyoying!!!
... Rant off

Anyone know a good car rental place in London (Near city) that has good rates and a reasonable opening/closing time?

Guy, second EasyRentaCar.

Plus points: cheap, quick tournaround.

Minus points: limited daily mileage allowance (no unlimited option AFAIK), and if you ding one of their cars expect to pay heavily for it.

Oh, and they use A Class Mercs which means that berk Thom will undoubtedly tar you with the same brush as me.

There is an unlimited mileage option, but its a bit risky. Just whip the dash fuse out of the fuse box and hey presto, the miles dont go up! Speedo and rev counter dont work either mind, but at least the miles dont go up!
