Thanks to all the guys who helped, and offered to help, in restoring my electrics at the Easytrack day at Cadwell on Monday. I was fairly sure it was the infamous fusable link awkwardly located (a TVR tradition) under the airbox but when I reached it it was fine. Sadly the big fat cable leading from it to the alternator had corroded through completely. Without the ingenuity/skills/tools of the driver of the fairly scary white Subaru (from Hull, I think) and the tools from the driver of the gold Audi I would have been well and truly scuppered. I know I delayed both thier jouneys home so thanks very much.
