Sub £150 Turbo Trainers, Any Good?

Looking at getting a turbo trainer, more for my Road Bike but may use the MTB on it occasionally, there are loads available under £150 but are they any good and which is best?

Suggestions please.

Thanks, how do these compare to riding on the road and are they alot better than using an exercise bike.

From my experience exercise bikes are ok for short bursts but I struggle doing alot of time on them, and they're a bit noisy....

Mine is like the second one I linked to in that it has fixed fluid resistance and you alter the resistance by using your gears, but mine is 1 or 2 models up the range. Bloody excellent IMHO, the resistance is good and gives the feeling of pedalling uphill in the higher gears, on the big ring if you coast then the wheel stops after a couple of rotations

Very quiet in use compared to others I've heard, you don't need music up loud to drown it out

Folds down flat when not on use, swapping out the rear skewer takes seconds. The bike is securely supported without having to overtighten the clamp either (which can be especially problematic with carbon frames). It's not really like riding on the road but it's not far off if you don't fancy rollers. The only downside is that the elites aren't supplied with a front wheel riser block, I will get one eventually but just use an upturned house brick at the moment
