Copenhagen - long term apartments

I'm going to need an apartment in Copenhagen for a minimum of 4 months with a probable extension of at least another 6 months in 2012.

Anyone know areas to go for/avoid? I'll need quick access to the centre of the city, so within 3km or so away would be good.

Anyone know of any good/reliable sites to search (there are quite alot on intial looking).
