New hill record at Shelsley Walsh. The record went three times in the one day, Graeme Wight Jr broke the record in the first top 12 run off, Adam Fleetwood broke it on the very next run, then Fleetwood broke it again on his second top 12 run off reaching something like 143 mph at the finish line. From 24.56s to 24.08s in one afternoon!..... people you are watching the wrong form of motorsport!....

No I'm not - I was there!

One of the most entertaining days motorsport I remember.

Junior was a bit lucky to get away with clipping the bank at 129 on his last run though

we were on the startline for the second top 12 run off.
Everyone was gutted when he spun, especially Adam Fleetwood who appears to thrive on the closeness of the competition. Though GWJ looked focused to say the least as he spun his tyres before his final run.

We parked very close to a yellow Tiger too!

Well it wasn't my Tiger (maybe next year?)

Perhaps it was the sun that accounted for the descent of the red mist! 5 class records too. GWJ was always going to have his work cut out on a power hill like Shelsley - that Fleetwood motor is not short of grunt.

Look out for an ex-arrows V10 in Junior's car later this season.
