Things to do and see in Shropshire
Discussion
Blists Hill Living Museum is about the best call for a family day out in Salop, TBH. After that, maybe visit the All Nations pub nearby. It's a brewpub, and one of the original brewpubs in the country (along with The Three Tuns - also in Salop, The Old Swan in Netherton, and The Blue Anchor in Helston)
As a Salopian, I love the county dearly (as does mrs k) but most of it's great stuff is natural rather than manufactured IYSWIM?
For example, a climb to the top of Caer Caradoc affords wonderful views to the Long Mynd / The Lawley / The Wrekin / Wenlock Edge. But I doubt your family would appreciate the 1 in 2 scramble to get to the top.
Then again, I understand Acton Scott Historic Working Farm is also a decent family day out also:

We had a girl in the office in Telford call it "The Fun Licker!"

Not car related so much but as another poster said Cosford air base is well worth visiting. Oh, and the National Motorbike Museum if that is your thing?
If you are about at the end of September there is a midland breakfast club meeting on the 25th and the weekend of 11th Sept there is a Morgan sports car club sprint at Curborough track (not technically in shropshire, but not far away)Richieboy3008 said:
Anything car related to do around that way? I'm allowed one car morning or afternoon.
A488 between Shrewsbury and Bishops Castle
Loton Park hosts a number of hillclimbs during the year. Check this out to see if your dates align:
