Last minute UK hol ?

Thought I'd try the collective .....
I've managed to get some holiday approved at the last minute at work and so now have from the evening of the 19th till evning of the 28th free
So very last minute I know, far to last minute to arrange a dog sitter, so we find ourselves looking for a uk dog friendly holiday. Trying desperatly to avoid the static caravan places - so just thought I'd ask if anyone has any suggestions ?
We're trying to look for a cottage type place with a private pool, but think we might be hoping a little too much !

hackney is nice at the moment, lots of camp fires, no noise from blaring tv's, excellent security, valet park n burn service

joking aside, i seem to recall there used to be a website that listed hotels that accepted pets, sorry cant remember what it was called
