Oil filter and how much oil ?

Hi there, becouse here is no search i will stat new topic.

Which model no oil filter is on noble, M12 2003.

and how much oil do it needs, track day sump fited.
And wich oil is the best we think about castrol rs 10/60
or Liqui Moly synthoil race tech gt1 10w-60.

I am not driving it regular, just about 1000-2000 km in year at most.

Lifted directly from FAQ:

Oil- Factory recommends Shell Helix Ultra 5W/40 Fully synthetic. Also Mobil 1 recommended by some tuners/racers.

Oil Filter- (Ford) Part no. 4628534

With TDS it will take about 8 - 8.5 litres I believe.
