Well every little bit of additional information that leaks out makes it sound ever more like the plot of The Ghost: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1139328/

I personally find it abhorrent a.) that Tony allowed us to play gullible little brother to the US, and b.) that in so doing he joepardised so many lives; not just the servicemen on both sides, but innicent civilians. I wonder how many UK-based acts of terrorism might have been averted, and finally, c.) the sheer financial implications of us romping around the globe playing World Police.

I thought the 'secret deal' was well known? Cook and Daylell and others referenced it back before we went to war.

Didn't bother reading the piece, mainly because the first paragraph didn't make any sense.

If a journalist can't even deliver structured English sentences, it's very hard to beleive anything they write.

Your mate Bliar is a war criminal, and will one day hopefully end up in prison for genocide.

I sincerely hope so, can't stand the odious tt. (although lets be honest his successor was worse)

However on something this important is it a little too much to ask for standards of journalism that go beyond the tabloid?

He will get a knighthood obviously.
As well as a peerage.

Cant you guys see how things work by now. Honesty and integrity are irrelevant.

Obviously if you lie and invade sovereign countries for no reason and under false pretexts, thus ably demonstrating that killing thousands of innocents in the name of some fanciful fabricated deity, means you get to create excellent people like Anders Behring Breivik, who mimic the actions of the state without any morals or values and slaughter all and sundry.

Its by design. Embrace politics, its the way of the righteous man. Create psychopaths at will by your actions.

WE wont invade Syria though, unlike the others, we would get a kicking, so they can do what they like to their people.

Could we not just line up the entire population and get to give him a really good chinese burn each? Or maybe a dead leg. I'd settle for a poke with a sharp stick.

I'm not sure your leisure seeking plebeian atheist neighbours would be agreeing to these ancient foreign unscientific policies that society seems to enforce upon them. biggrin
