Hello again!!

Sorry this post was deleted

I apparently had breached rule 15 by putting cross posts of the same event on multiple forums! Anyway i am awaiting Pistonheads towers sending a hit squad to rubbish my cars or sell me a nissan Micra

Anyway, back to the event!

People may recall that for the past two years we have run the above event and are repeating it again this year on Sunday the 14th August.

If you have an italian car or bike OF ANY TYPE and want to come along, then please do so. It doesn't have to be concours or a rarity. The whole point of the event is to get together with like minded people and enjoy the cars and bikes in a beautiful venue. Last year we had 330 cars and bikes, ranging form A Zonda to a Lambretta. They are all equally welcome. You don't need to pre register but would be beneficial to let us know your coming. You must be on site to display by 9.30am

Details of the event and updates can be found on the web site:

http://www.italiancarandbikeday.co.uk/

Pistonheads people driving non Italian cars and bikes will have their own parking area. Last year we had a very interesting alternative car park and significant support with about 1500 visitors.

If you have any questions or wish information contact me on:

Do members of the spelling police also commit suicide by the standard 3 bullets in the head? wink If so, I see nothing wrong with that post Paul!

My cars are being driven by my mates. I will be lucky to get something to drive myself!!!
Hopefully will have:
Countach QV Driven By Rab
328 GTS driven by Paul who does the video work
Lido Driven by Andrew the event co-organiser
Khamsin Driven by Frank
X1/9 1500 by no 3 daughter
Espada driven by me again

I know lots of people with multiple cars but getting them to lend cars or more problematic getting insurance is a problem. My policy will not ever allow a collection car to be driven by someone else.
All the above arrange insurance themselves for the day

Dealer wise:

Ferrari 458 and California
Lambo Aventador and LP550
Maser Grandcab and coupe GT
Alfa Guilieta mito various models
Fiat 500 two special editions and usual model
Ducatti some very special bikes
Benelli, well they are all special
Vespa 3 classics

Others tbc!!

Will have a band playing in the colonnade

Still trying hard!
