With the opening of the new Hindhead tunnel yesterday (for those not local and therefore seen it all over the news - 1.2 miles of lovely new tunnel claphttp://www.highways.gov.uk/roads/projects/3832.asp... ) it would be rude not to arrange a tunnel run.

I know a few local have already been out and given it a thorough test run. But there's a plan to go for a run this Sunday at 7am. So if you fancy joining in the fun and can get out of bed at that time on a Sunday here's the link

Hope to see you there

Are the rumours true that they have average speed cameras and a 40 mph speed limit?

Is a 600 mile trip excessive for a tunnel?

Maybe, but surely that's a reason to do it, not to not do it.
