Wishing to replace my plastic expansion tank does anybody have the part No. if available ? or what car it came from. Many thanks

make that 3 as i want one too - i think mine might be leaking!!!

Didn't realise that they had been discontinued ! Spent a few hours looking around various breakers today but no success. Trying to find an alternative maybe from an MGB has anybody tried that ? I know the mounting is different but it appears to be the same size only made from steel.

Triumph Dolomite one is identical aside from the sensor that isn't used in a TVR anyway.

I've seen some cars with ford item mounted around the swirlpot. Can't post pic as on iPhone it's the sierra kidney shape one I've seen.

Just to update this, I replaced mine with an old MGB expansion tank a while ago as I've got a few of them lying around and it works fine. As has been said, it's pretty much the same design but in metal rather than plastic.
