Help My Griffith won't start

Hi,

I am at a complete loss on this one. I have only changed the battery and the engine turns over but will not start.

When I turn the key I usually hear a few noises such as the petrol pump being pressurised etc but now when I turn the key only silence but the engine turns over.

I am wondering what I could have done wrong - I may have touched the ECU on the positive terminal but I have tried another ECU and the same situation exists.

I would welcome any suggestions leading to a cure.

Is the alarm working? try briefly disconnect battery to reset it.

Check the fuses, one in the fusebox & the pair on the ECU flying loom.
