Just got back from the motorshow, and was told that the Tuscan 'S' will be available in a fully convertible, but numbers will be restricted to 150.

Orders are being accepted now.

I thought they were restricting it to 150. MPH. or 180 or something - so what's the point - you won't be able to use the extra power over a 3.6 anyway ?

Cheers,

Andy.

Acceleration??? Who goes over 150 or 180 anyway?

But I agree it begs the question of is the S worth having over a 3.6, how fast do you want to go???

I think the biggest difference will be in the chassis. Maybe they should do an 3.6 with the "S" settings if TVR are worried about top speed aerodynamics ?

No, definately the numbers being produced is to be restricted.

Although it would take a brave man to do 180 with the roof down.
