oil pump HELP!!!!!

So, like a complete bonehead I strip the threads on the union that the oil pressure sender screws in to on the oil pump housing. It's a pre serpentine V8 in a V8S. There are two senders, one for the light (which is fine) and one for the gauge. It's this one that has a union between the sender and pump housing. That's what I need.
Anyone? Anyone ? bueller? bueller ?

Yep - I snapped mine off.

The guys at David Gerald made me a new one, all for a bargain £7 or thereabouts.

Its a standard 1/8 x 1/4" bush, available from any pipe fitting or hydraulic hose type of place, "pirtek" is probably the most widely known.

A bit of shopping around and you'll find them in stainless rather than brass.

Thanks to both of you who responded. What a lifesaver. I was beginning to think I would never get this engine started again.
