Windscreen sealant ?
Discussion
I just re-fixed the rubber strip between the top of the windscreen and the roof of the Cerbera, using Tiger Seal.
I first did it with just normal black silicone and it just started flapping, as you described. I was recommended to use something much stronger - the Tiger Seal has done the trick. It's been on there to Le Mans and back - so speed, heat and rain! And it's still there!

What is the best product the bond the rubber to the glass. Sikaflex 221?
I think this is used more for (exposed) bonding of wood, metal, ceramics and plastics and although it doesn't list rubber as a suitable substrate material, I think it might just do the trick given its properties being of an elastic adhesive nature. Just don't go emptying the tube on it!
yes that WAS what was used at the factory,as for heat and simple pressure never used in the factory sikaflex for bonding the screen in sikaflex for bonding the rubber screen seal, and you guessed it sikaflex for bonding the lower seal to the screen and super glue yes super glue not sikaflex for the ends where the lower seal meets the surround seal
