Good replacement batteries?

I want to buy an LP-E6 for my 60D but paying Canon prices makes me cringe...
I also don't want a cheap ebay knock-off.

What are good aftermarket replacements? Any experience from PH masses?

I've had 7 day shop ones for my 40D for years. Never had a problem, however I'm a bit more picky with my 7. I've only got genuine canon ones for that.

I have my original Canon, an energizer and a 7dayshop own brand, which I alternate in my 450D. I don't find that one is better than the other, even when using my Sigma 150-500, which eats battery power.

Hahnel are a good, reputable - and cheap - make. I bought 3 a while a go for around £35ish.. and theyre still perfectly decent..

Id just go for them..

I have a Hahnel as the spare for my 550D, as good as, and lasts as long as the original Canon battery.

There's plenty of original Canon for sale through ebay if you don't mind buying from Singapore or S Korea, I've bought an Lp-e6 for 7D & 60D from both these countries without any probs, cost is normally £15 or so including postage. And Yes they are genuine Canon well at least they last and lok like originals and the cameras think so - they last as long as the battery that came with both my cameras and have the full battery readout and all the other built in functions such as %, shots taken/remaining.
For sure a lot of the batteries sold by UK ebayers are poor, so I'd certainly avoid them, One thing about ebay sellers check their feedback, if there's any hint of a dissatisfied customer claiming the battery to be a fake then obviously avoid buying from that seller.
